Agreement

By creating an account or using Tech Plan Genie, you agree to these Terms of Service. Tech Plan Genie is a service of Green Parrot Education LLC (“we”, “us”). If you're signing up on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

What we provide

Tech Plan Genie is an AI-assisted technology planning tool for K-12 schools. It includes modules to capture inputs (school profile, surveys, rubrics, checklists, SWOT, financials, learning paths) and generate outputs (Tech Plan, End-of-Year Report, recommendations). Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Tell us promptly at the contact below if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Tech Plan Genie for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Upload or input content that infringes someone else's rights, including copyrighted material you don't have permission to use.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Use the service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Tech Plan Genie (your school profile, module responses, uploaded photos, the Tech Plan and EOY Report drafts you create). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

AI-generated outputs

Tech Plan Genie uses AI to generate suggested Tech Plan and EOY Report content from your inputs. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified school personnel before being shared, published, or relied upon for decisions. You're responsible for the final content of any plan or report you publish from Tech Plan Genie.

Pricing & trials

Some plans are free; some are paid. Pricing for paid plans is described on our website or in your separate order form. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you elect to continue.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. We'll give you reasonable notice unless the violation requires immediate action.

Warranty disclaimer

Tech Plan Genie is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if you're on a free plan, US$100). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Green Parrot Education LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that State unless we mutually agree to arbitration.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
